If you're a new participant and this is your first visit, welcome aboard! If you're a current participant in search of answers to a problem, welcome to you as well! Either way, this site represents a critical piece of your new system. Here you'll find the absolute quickest route to support, our trouble ticket system. Before you roll your eyes,
we promise you that this is not going to delay response to your problem, just the opposite, as it allows us to quickly route your problem to the person best suited to address it. Everyone wants to speak to a real person, and we assure you that you will. This method insures that the person that contacts you is THE person you need to speak with about the specific problem you're having.
The other thing this does is help us build our knowledge base system, which can provide quick answers to most questions without even submitting a ticket. Make sure to search the knowledge base first, your solution may be only seconds away!
We also have an ever-growing tutorial library that will allow you to get the most out of your new system. While we're just now getting the first set of videos ready, the library will be expanding on a weekly basis. What will expand? Remember that trouble ticket system I just mentioned? Many of our tutorials will be created based on common stumbling blocks from actual trouble tickets.
